What this course is about?
Every home appliance has it’s users guide. But we have nothing similar for our body. To understand it and to set it up you need to dive deeply into yourself with sensitivity and concentration.
For what and how I live?
What do I think about myself?
What the others think about me?
How do I feel about myself?
How do I feel about my loved ones?
All the master classes during the course are aimed to find a connection between outer appearances and interior senses. You’ll learn how to hear and understand yourself, how to answer all the inner questions and accept all the answers. You’ll honestly share your own thoughts and desires with yourself.
This course is for those who:
РThe result of the course is going to be an honest performance in a verbatim technique. It is going to be based on personal stories.
What the course will give?
After the course a student will have all the skills to continue a self-discovery on his own. He’ll be better in understand people around him, he’ll be opened to the path of selflessness and non-judgmental judgment. The path of accepting.
How to get ready for the course?
Remember the happiest moment of your life.
What are the rules?
The main rule - leave all the hassles behind the door. During the master class you belong to yourself.
We recommend to go to the class barefooted, in dark-coloured and comfortable sport clothes. But surely that’s up to you.
While improvisation training- release yourself and do whatever you want! Let this classes be a holiday for you!
Don’t forget to respect each other.

About the course
Acting for begginers
Theme of the course: Justified Silence.
This is an important skill from Stanislavski Technique each actor should learn.
Upon completion of the course graduates will be able to act on a stage and express their thoughts and feelings without words.
This course is for those who:
- has no experience in Acting
- wants to find discover something new
- is just curios :)
The basis of the course is presented by concentration exercises, imagination exercises and improvisation master classes. The difficulty of the course will be increasing eventually, bringing the students closer to the stage performance of their feelings.
What this course is for?
Upon completion of the course each graduate will be able to freely improvise in situations of public loneliness on a stage.
